About Brenda
(a.k.a. wife, mom and nana)
Brenda knows Real Estate. She and her husband Michael have been involved in the sales, purchase, rehab, rental and management of dozens of properties over the last 20+ years. What started as a hobby with the purchase of a small property in their neighborhood turned into a passion for all things real estate.
When not working with clients, she keeps busy playing "Nanna" to 3 incredible grandkids, being mom to 2 amazing adult children and their spouses, or spending quality time with her husband of 40+ years — preferably over a specialty coffee or a fine meal.
She has earned numerous sales awards both locally and globally, and continues to be a consistent top producer within the local community. She brings high energy, a competitive spirit and positivity to every event. And if she ever has a couple hours free, she'll be somewhere playing pickleball.

Although he's always been in the background supporting Brenda, Michael officially joined the team as a licensed Realtor in 2019. With his technical background as a project engineer, he's the perfect compliment to Brenda and the one the team goes to for anything techy or mechanically related. He loves spending time with family, especially if coffee is involved. And if the weather is nice, you may see him driving aimlessly around town in his '50 Chevy.

Ann joined the team in 2021 and quickly became a client favorite. With her sweet disposition and keen design eye, she has expertly guided clients throughout the often complicated buying and selling process. She and her husband are life-long Des Moines natives and proud parents to 4 amazing kids, one awesome son-in-law and the most perfect granddaughter ever. When she's not working with clients, Ann loves to spend time with her family, watch a good home decorating show or work with her husband on restoring one of her 3 IH Scouts.
